Hypnotherapy is the use of hypnotic trance to help a client to achieve their intended results. By using the natural, yet altered, state of mind that is hypnosis, the interaction with the client is taking place outside of their normal cognitive state. The client at all times remains fully aware and fully in control, yet since the noise of the conscious mind is quieter, the client is able to access deeper levels of his/her mind which allows for deeper realisations and insights in shorter period of time

Who is it for?

Anyone interested in exploring what hypnotherapy is and for those who have tried other types of therapy and haven’t seen the intended results. Hypnotherapy shows great results (up to 93% success rate for the issues listed below) comparing to some other talking therapies which may take much longer. Hypnotherapy is also a great tool to work with situations from the past to reframe and remove limiting beliefs and create a new, powerful mindset of success, worthiness, and deserving for the client

How does it work?

Once you decide you are ready to move forward with hypnotherapy (if you have doubts and concerns, feel free to ask questions and browse online), we connect, sign the agreement, you fill in the suggestibility questionnaire and then we meet either online or in person. We take a few minutes to discuss the hypnotherapy process and get to know each other and then proceed to discussing your current challenges and outcomes you want from the future. In the first session I will explain how our subconscious mind works and answer any of your questions. First part of the session, depending on your request often resembles the coaching session and then we proceed to hypnosis

1 – 1.5 hour session – HKD 1,400 per session

Sessions

Sessions will be held Online or In-Person in a private counselling space

Depending on your desired outcome 1-8 sessions recommended. Each session lasts between 1 and 1.30 hours

What Hypnotherapy is NOT

Hypnotherapy is not a magic pill that will mystically sort out your issues. Nor it is what you see in stage shows, where you’ll often see people barking like a dog or clucking like a chicken. There are no swinging pocket watches. In a hypnotherapy session, you are in control the whole time. You will hear the suggestions made to you, and you will be able to remember them after the session. Hypnotherapy is not appropriate for people who are experiencing symptoms of psychosis such as hallucinations and delusions
