Parent coaching is a professional relationship that focuses on empowering parents to tackle the daily stresses and strain that can make parenting feel like an endurance test at times. We all want to enjoy our relationship with children, not just endure them, so finding real solutions and building our confidence as parents are the best way to help make this happen.
Some parents may choose Parent Coaching for a specific struggle, such as bedtime battles, toddler challenges or difficulty getting their kids to listen. Some want general changes in the way things are run in family on daily basis, looking for more practical and effective ways of interacting with partner and children.

Certified coach (ACC ICF), Parent Educator (Positive Discipline Association, Parent Practice Licensee), Clinical Hypnotherapist (EKAA), NLP Master Practitioner (Society of NLP); [MSc Psychology [currently studying]]
What can be addressed?
Stress-related parenting issues and self-care
Positive Parenting solutions with regards to common family struggle issues such as homework, electronics, and exercise etc
Parenting during transition or crisis such as relocation, divorce, loss
What do you get?
This is a program that needs to run its full course to be of long term benefit
Package of SIX 1 hr sessions – HKD 6,200
Additional, post-package sessions (if necessary) at $1,200 per session
Sessions may be held Online or In-Person in a private counselling space. Custom packages and Home sessions can be arranged
Parent coaching is NOT therapy
Therapy is a relationship based on overcoming obstacles due to a mental health disorder, such as anxiety or depression. When you seek help from a therapist you rely on the therapist’s professionalism and the therapist is expected to guide you to a deeper understanding and management of your mental health concerns. If during our conversations I feel that you, your partner or a child would benefit from therapy, I will encourage you to seek therapy from a qualified mental health professional
