CHAKRAS
Chakra is a Sanskrit word which means, “the turning of the wheel of the Law”.
- Upper: Crown, Ajna, Throat
- Middle: Heart
- Lower: Solar Plexus, Navel/Sacral, Basic
Characteristics of the Chakras
Each chakra has specific characteristics and influences how you feel within your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. The upper 3-chakras of the crown, ajna and throat are more concerned with your mental and spiritual wellbeing. Whereas the lower 3-chakras of the solar plexus, navel/sex and basic operate with physical and emotional wellbeing. The middle 4th chakra of the heart is where the gentle touch of spirit is gradually developed and like the 4th Soul Ray it is associated with bringing harmony and balance to your life but at an emotional level.
