It has been said again and again that physical exercise is good for you.  And the times you have got off the couch and gone for a walk or a run, you know you have felt better within yourself.  Exercise is one of the best ways to keep your body, mind and soul healthy and happy and it is not hard to do it. You can choose a gentle walk or a strenuous session at the gym, any form of exercise is good for you.

Exercise lifts your mood and it is known to alleviate stress, relieve anxiety and depression  and even stop anger from taking over.  As you strengthen your mental capacity, exercise also helps your physical body become stronger.  

Young or old, exercise is the elixir to a healthy life.
