June is a counsellor-in-training. Her approach is grounded in humanistic principles and a belief in each person’s capacity for growth. She draws on a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), to help clients build practical, lasting skills for navigating life’s challenges.

June works with adolescents and young adults facing life transitions, anxiety and burnout, relationship difficulties, and questions of purpose and identity.

Having lived in China, Canada, the United States, and Hong Kong, she knows that no single method fits everyone. She is committed to meeting each client where they are, at their own pace, and in their own language and culture.
