Seeking counselling can feel like a big step — and my hope is to make that step a little lighter by offering a warm, confidential space where you can feel truly safe, heard, and accepted, exactly as you are. I believe therapy is a place to pause, to be truly listened to, to understand yourself more deeply, and to reconnect with what matters most in your life.
I work alongside adults, adolescents, and children who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain in their lives and relationships. This might show up as stress and anxiety, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, low self-esteem, relationship struggles, identity-related concerns, or a quiet sense of disconnection from oneself or others. Together, we will gently explore the patterns, unmet needs, and past experiences that may be shaping your present challenges. By drawing on your unique strengths and inner resources, we can deepen your self-understanding, build practical coping strategies, and take meaningful steps forward — guided by what truly matters to you.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and shaped around you. I draw on evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). ACT helps you develop a kinder, more flexible relationship with difficult thoughts and emotions, clarify what you deeply value, and take purposeful action. CBT-informed work supports you in noticing unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior, strengthening your coping skills, and responding to everyday challenges with greater ease and confidence.
I support adults navigating life’s transitions, relationship challenges, stress, anxiety, burnout, or the quiet weight of feeling disconnected from themselves or others. Together, we can explore what’s underneath these struggles, build self-compassion, and find a way forward that feels authentic and meaningful to you.
I also work with children, adolescents, and families who may be struggling with big emotions, anxiety, family dynamics, or the ups and downs of school and social life. For teenagers, I offer a supportive space to explore identity, belonging, and the journey of becoming who they are. I have experience supporting neurodivergent children and young people, including those with special educational needs, and I take a neurodiversity-affirming approach that honors each child’s unique strengths and ways of being. As a mother of two, I also bring a heartfelt understanding of the joys and complexities of family life.
I have experience working alongside LGBTQ+ clients navigating identity, belonging, relationship concerns, or the emotional impact of feeling misunderstood or unsupported. I offer a warm, affirming space where you can explore your experiences openly and be truly yourself.
Whatever brings you here, you are welcome — and I am committed to walking alongside you with care and respect.
