Change Your Lifestyle Mindfulness Meditation

  1. Settle yourself for meditation
  2. Honour this space, this is your time
  3. Close your eyes and settle in to the correct meditation breath.
  4. Inhale for 7 breaths, hold for one second
  5. Exhale for 7 breaths, hold for one second
  6. Repeat 3 times.
  7. Now breathe normally, whatever makes you comfortable and more relaxed.
  8. Just observe how you feel.
  9. And then repeat the counted breathing.
  10. Do this for as long as you are comfortable.
  11. When you feel you have had enough of the counted breath – come out of the meditation.
